RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
11.1 Returns are accepted only if the package is in its original shape.
(a) Return and Shipping fees are on the Customer.
(b) You must contact us by email or any other contact options before returning the product.
(c) We reserve the rights to refuse the return if there isn’t an appropriate reason for the return.
(d) We only accept returns if the product is damaged during transportation and for sizing issues.
11.2 Refunds are accepted only in that cases:
(a) If the package is lost during transportation, you will get a full refund or the opportunity to receive another one at no cost.
(b) If a wrong package is received, we will issue a full refund.
(c) Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
